Our dad wrote to and received this signed item back through USPS from Matt Stairs in date is unknown. He did receive other items from him in April of 1998. On Condition of our product, we are not professional graders, so we do not put a condition on our cards. Please look at photos closely before purchasing, what you see is what you get.
