Therefore most items of $10 or less in value will be shipped in a rigid hard sleeve protector in a 3 1/2 x 6 1/2 regular paper envelope covered in packaging tape. This way allows me to ship it as a non-machinable letter. We have had good success doing it this way on hundreds of items without any damage.
